Pittsburgh PA:  View of a Civil Service exhibit at the William Penn Hotel during World War II. The exhibit created awareness and solicited help for the Ground Observer Corps.  Due to Pittsburgh's great importance to the war effort, the Ground Corps was chartered with keeping a close eye on the sky above Pittsburgh in case of an enemy attack.  Sarah Stewart was on booth duty to help recruit more people to the Ground Observer Corps.
