Pittsburgh PA: View of the Caddies receiving college scholarships from the Western Pennsylvania Golf Association's Caddie Welfare Foundation. The Foundation was managed by Fidelity Trust Company and scholarships are agreed upon by the WPGA executive committee. This dinner was held at the University Club in Pittsburgh and the assignment was for Charles K. Robinson. The mission of the WPGA is to sanction championships, establish handicapping, and rate area golf courses.
