Notable players included; future college and NBA star Armen Gilliam (DE), Shawn Morton QB, Steve Berlin (T), Eric Coss (T), Van Richardson (LB), Evan Evanovich (TE).
The team made a great run in the WPIAL AAAA playoffs beating the #2 rated high school football team in the nation, North Hills in 3 overtimes, and then top 5 Gateway the next week. Came up a little short against Mt Lebanon in the championship game at Pitt Stadium.
Coaches included Head Coach & OC Bob King, Don Porter (DC), Dave George (LB, TE), Leo Henne (DL), Dave Luptak (R, DB), Gerard Runco (R, Secondary), Chuck Boig (QB, DB) and Mike Stewart (RB, DB).
