The offense and defense did not play well in the 12-6 defeat vs Montour. Montour's quarterback, Bill Daniels, killed the Blackhawks. Bill Daniels was played his college ball at Pitt. The defensive unit was one of the best in Bethel Park history only allowing a little over 7 points a game.
